Which policies apply to returns?
Following the delivery of your order, return packages must be postmarked within 30 days, or approximately four and a half weeks. Refunds will not be granted for returns postmarked after this period or that do not otherwise comply with our return policy’s requirements. You can get free return postage on returns if they are postmarked within the first 10 days, or around 1.5 weeks, after the delivery date.
For returns postmarked more than 10 days (roughly 1.5 weeks) after the delivery date, there will be a reduction in the refund amount of Rs 1,600 for shipping and Rs 480 for restocking each item. The only amount that will be subtracted from your refund if you decide to use your shipping label is the itemized restocking charge.

Within 30 days after the date of purchase, the items must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all tags still attached to the product.
You cannot get free delivery if you wish to return something; the package must be postmarked within 10 days.
Given how hectic life can get with work, family, and other commitments, this period is constrained.
That’s unfortunate because there is a $6.50 postage fee and a restocking fee if you return your purchase after 10 days, or around 1.5 weeks but before 30.
Sustainability
I usually make an effort to be mindful of the companies I support because it’s no secret that many fashion labels have unsustainable and outright unethical business methods.
It is difficult to say for sure what kind of standards Lulus upholds for its factories and staff because, regrettably, the company isn’t obvious regarding the production process for its apparel items.
Given the usage of wool and leather in many of their apparel products and the lack of information on the origins of these animal materials on their website, Lulus cannot be considered cruelty-free or vegan.
Additionally, and this is a plus, the brand does carry a line of vegan leather coats and pants.
Since many similar businesses provide these kinds of sustainability initiatives, it would be great to see Lulus embrace this program soon. Currently, the company does not offer any garment recycling plans.
Considered Fast Fashion: Is Lulus?
For several reasons, Lulu’s is not regarded as a quick-fashion store.
